Our Lace Replacement Service includes removing and replacing the closure or frontal on your existing wig.
Service Details
This service is for lace replacement only
- Closure or frontal must be the same size as the new replacement
- Styling
- Customisation Option Available:
- None
- Bleached knots and/or plucked hairline
Turnaround Time
- Closure replacement: 5 working days
- Frontal replacement: 7 working days
Turnaround time begins once the wig is received in acceptable condition.

This service does not include a new closure or frontal
Wigs must be clean and free from product build-up
⚠️ We will not replace lace on a dirty wig.
If your wig requires cleaning, please add our Wig Maintenance Service at checkout.

We will not perform lace replacement on dirty or poorly maintained wigs
If a wig requires cleaning, the customer must add the "Wig Maintenance Service". Failure to do so may result in:

Additional charges, or

Return of the wig without service completed

This service does not include wig maintenance or installation

This service does not include the supply of new lace closures or frontals

This service does not include restyling or reconstruction of a new wig
Wig Condition & Assessment

Wigs are assessed upon receipt

Severely damaged, excessively matted, or compromised wigs may be:

Declined at our discretion

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, shedding, or wear.
