This policy applies to all purchases made from DKSTYLES (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based business.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
CUSTOM WIGS & PREORDER WIGS
All custom-made and pre-order wigs are produced to the customer’s chosen specifications, including head measurements.
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the right to cancel
Therefore:

No refunds, cancellations, or returns are permitted on custom or pre-order wigs

Customers must carefully review product descriptions and measurement guides before purchasing
By placing an order, you confirm acceptance and acknowledge this exemption.
HAIR EXTENSIONS, LACE CLOSURES & FRONTALS
Due to their hygiene-sensitive nature, the following items are exempt under Regulation 28(3)(a):

Lace closures and frontals
Once supplied, these items are:

Non-returnable

Non-refundable
This applies whether the item has been opened or remains unused.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are exempt from cancellation once access or download has begun, in accordance with Regulation 37. This includes:

Ebooks
-
Tutorials
-
Online courses
-
Masterclasses
By purchasing digital products, you:

Consent to immediate supply

Acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once access is provided

WHOLESALE ORDERS
All wholesale purchases are:

As such:

Wholesale orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable once payment is made.
This is in line with the custom goods exemption under UK consumer law.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is faulty, damaged prior to dispatch, or incorrect due to our error, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
If we confirm fault, we may offer:

An exchange, or

Store credit
To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing us with the following:

Your order number

Clear photos or video evidence
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Where legally permitted, exchanges or returns may be offered at our discretion.
If approved:

The customer is responsible for return postage

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition

Tracked postage is strongly recommended
Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of the return.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling

Loss, delay, or damage caused by postal or courier services

Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
STORE CREDIT
Where store credit is issued:

It is non-transferable

It has no cash value
-
It must be used within the specified timeframe
